Horrible customer service! I ordered a flower delivery as a gift and was extremely disappointed with what was received. The bouquet arrived without any plastic wrapping, which is unacceptable for a delivered gift arrangement. On top of that, flowers were already falling out of the bouquet when it arrived. When I called to express my concerns and ask what happened, I was told there was nothing they could do and that if the bouquet was damaged, it was the driver’s fault. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a solution, they simply dismissed the issue. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service. I expected much better quality and professionalism, especially for a gift delivery. I would not recommend this business based on my experience. Picture what was ordered what I received!

Owner is a SCAMMER. My boyfriend and I frequently bought flowers here. Hundreds probably thousands of dollars over the years for specials occasions, family members, and some for me from him. A few months ago my boyfriend said he’s been rude to him the last few times. Which sucked because my boyfriend is a very chill and soft person, not sure why he would be rude to him especially with him being a frequent customer. On top of that, my boyfriend said he’s always changing the prices on things, sometimes he adds an extra 10-15 bucks on certain flowers different times. We know for special occasions (Mother’s Day, Christmas etc) this happens but he means on a regular Wednesday afternoon. He likes to support small businesses, as do i, but he mentioned he really should have prices on things, i told him it was fine and he’s probably trying to make a living. WITH THIS BEING SAID, on April 9 i went in to buy orchids. Me thinking it was gonna be like 20-35, I grab it and take it to the register, he said $50?! I say $50? He’s like yeah. I was shocked, but they were for a family member visiting. I proceeded to buy it, just to get an alert a few seconds later saying i was charges $64 dollars. I

Lemus did a beautiful job with my wedding flowers, the staff were extremely helpful with the creative process and working with us to create a stunning floral design within our budget. Highly recommend!

My daughter got married on September 2022, we were so amazed in how beautiful arrangements turn out. Everybody prize the attention to detail and colors combination of the bouquets, canopy and center pieces. Pictures don’t make justice in how gorgeous arrangements look.

Not many options, but good for a small town! I bought my mom flowers for her birthday from here. Service was quick; I picked out the flowers and the woman who helped me put them together in a vase for me. There were no options for vases (she used a blue one) but I was glad to be able to get last minute flowers that were in great condition. Very affordable as well!
